Business Objects is the market leader of OEM reporting software with its Crystal Reports design and

Crystal Enterprise management products. Business Objects provides the reporting engine for Paradigm.

applicants by creating individual property risk profiles that evaluate credit, criminal and eviction data and

returns a enforceable decision within seconds.

Equifax is one of the largest credit reporting agencies in the U.S. When data about a prospective renter is

entered into Investig-8, a request is automatically sent to Equifax. When it finds a match, Equifax

immediately responds with a credit report including the Beacon/FICO score and validation of the Social

Security number through DTEC. Investig-8 then evaluates this information using criteria established by

your enterprise.

LexisNexis® collects criminal records information from state and Federal court and law enforcement

sources. It is the largest provider of criminal records and the only one that formats its data in order to

provide quick and consistent search results. Through Investig-8, you determine the criminal activity you

wish to screen for and LexisNexis instantly provides any matches in its database.

LexisNexis® Riskwise is the nation’s largest provider of public records pertaining to evictions,

bankruptcies, civil judgments and other risk factors.The company contracts with over 300 independent

collection contractors and has a database of more than 95 million files. When Investig-8 screens

prospective residents, a request is automatically sent to Riskwise.These results are matched to the risk

profile you establish.
