Rental Criteria All Real Estate Solutions, Inc. rental properties are offered subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, country of national origin, handicap, or familial status. The Management Teams at Real Estate Solutions, Inc. will, however, consider the following prospective resident criteria:
Upfront Rental Fees Real Estate Solutions, Inc. requires the first month's rent, security deposit and pet fee, if applicable, before moving into any residence. Pets Permitted Pets are permitted if Real Estate Solutions, Inc. is notified at the time of application. Upon approval of a pet an additional Pet Fee will be requested. “Hold” Policy If a home is currently available for rent but an interested party cannot move for several months, Real Estate Solutions, Inc. does not and will not provide a “Hold” with just a security deposit. A home can be put on a “Hold” for 10 days once the deposit is paid and the lease is signed. The first month’s rent is due within that 10 day period. Rent Due Date Rent is always due on the first of each month! Real Estate Solutions, Inc. does provide a 5-day grace period. After the 5th of the month there is a $50.00 late charge.
